Don’t Leave Your Client Alone
Having a registered nurse accompany your client to an IME provides reassurance and advocacy. These exams can be intimidating, and we ensure your client feels supported from start to finish. Before the exam, our nurse will call to prepare them and answer any questions.
Ensure an Honest Exam
The examining physician must conduct a thorough and truthful evaluation. With a registered nurse present to take notes, audio or video record, and compile an impartial report, your client is protected against potential exploitation. If needed, we can also serve as a fact witness.
Keep Questions Medically Related
Our registered nurses ensure all exam questions remain focused on medical matters. This prevents the IME from becoming another deposition for you client.
Receive a Detailed Report
You will receive a comprehensive report detailing the complete history and physical examination undergone by your client. This report will encompass objective details and observations, including assessments of pain and the utilization of tools such as a goniometer. After the exam, we can review the defense examiner’s report upon request to identify any discrepancies or inaccuracies.
